"I would like to personally thank you for appearing at the arbitration. After you left the arbitration, we continued with testimony. We proceeded to a closing argument, at which time the Judge after hearing closing argument and all of the evidence, arrived at the conclusion that the Plantiffs were lying, and could not possibly have been injured in this incident.
